The Classic Burger

Ingredients

1 x  Angel BayHomestyle Beef Burger Patty
1 x burger bun
1/2 tomato, sliced
Cheese, sliced
Red onion, sliced
1 tbsp of mayo
Lettuce leaves

Method
  1. Cook the Angel BayHomestyle Beef Burger Patty according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Split and lightly toast burger bun.
  3. Layer the mayo on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, patty, tomato, red onion and cheese. Serve with homemade chunky chips, a small ramekin of tomato sauce and a side salad.
  4. For something different, get creative and add bacon, pineapple or mushroom to please your customers.

Beef Breaky Burger

  Ingredients

  1 Angel BayBreakfast Beef Sausage Patty
  1 brioche burger bun
  1 medium packet of streaky bacon
  1 tbsp of smokey BBQ sauce
  1 hash brown
  1 portobello mushroom
  1/2 garlic clove, minced or crushed
  3/4 cups fancy lettuce
  Salt and pepper

  MEthod
  1.   Preheat over to 180 degrees. Place mushroom on a baking tray, seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Split burger bun and lightly toast under the grill
  3. Cook hash brown and Angel BayBreakfast Beef Sausage Patty according to instructions on the pack.
  4. Place fry pan over medium heat and cook streaky bacon until crispy.
  5. Assemble burger - layer a generous amount of BBQ sauce on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, patty, hash brown, streaky bacon and mushroom. Replace top bun.

Mediterranean Lamb Burger

Ingredients

1 Angel BayGourmet Lamb Burger Patty
1 brioche burger bun
1 roma tomato
Red onion, sliced
25g feta, crumbed
1 tbsp tzatziki
2 tbsp pesto
Rocket and salad greens

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place brioche buns in the oven to warm for 5 mins.
  2. Cook Angel BayGourmet Lamb Burger Patty according to the packet instructions.
  3. Assemble burger - Slather tzatziki on the bottom of each bun then scatter on crumbled feta. Top with rocket and salad greens, red onion, lamb patty and tomato. Spoon on a generous amount of pesto on top, then top with brioche bun. Serve whilst hot.

Meatball Sub

Menu saver: Gourmet Beef Meatballs

 

Ingredients

5 Angel BayGourmet Beef Meatballs
1/3 baguette
3/4 cup tomato passata sauce
50g mozzarella
1 small block of parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Method
  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to packet instructions.

  3. Heat passata sauce.
  4. Slice pieces of baguette down the middle but not all the way through, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  5. Place meatballs into toasted bread, top with generous spoons of tomato passata then mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of parmesan.
  6. Place sandwich in the oven for 3-4 mins until the cheese is melted.
