Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Hot Plate/Fry Pan
Cook for 12 minutes, turning 1 -2 times. Press lightly after each turn to achieve more even browning.
Cook at 200° C for 18 minutes turning once part way through cooking.
