Bacon, Egg and Breakfast Sausage Muffin

If breakfast is on the menu, you can't not offer a bacon, egg and sausage muffin. Perfect for in-restaurant dining or as a grab-and-go option for the convenience-seeking commuters and patrons.

  1. Toast the English muffin until golden brown.

  2. Preheat the grill. Once the grill is fully warmed up, cook the patty for 6-7 minutes on each side.

  3. Now cook the egg. Use a metal ring to get that perfect round sunny-side up shape. Brush the inside of the ring with oil and place it in a small frying pan. Pour a tiny bit of water inside the ring. Just enough to cover the base.

  4. Bring the water to a boil. Place the egg into the ring and cover the pan. Let the egg cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Time to assemble the sandwich. Top one half of the muffin with the patty. Next goes the egg, and then the cheese.

  6. Squirt BBQ sauce onto lid half of the muffin and top the sandwich. Eat while hot.
