Classic Meatball Sub



  1. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to packet instructions.

  2. Slice pieces of baguette down the middle but not all the way through, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan and lightly toast.

  3. Place meat balls into toasted bread, top with basil pesto and generous spoons of tomato chutney, then mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of parmesan.

  4. Flash in the oven for 3-5mins to melt cheese.

  5. Service with a side salad or fries.
