  1. Cook Angel Bay Angus Beef Patties according to instructions on the packaging.

  2. Toast brioche buns with a bit of butter.

  3. Put the onions in a bit of flour and fry them so they become nice and crispy.

  4. Time to assemble! Start with a bit of carrot on the base. Feel free to add a bit of aioli to the bottom bun first, if you’d like. Then add the lettuce, capsicum and coriander.

  5. Add the cooked patty.

  6. Smear satay sauce on the patty.

  7. Add the fried onions and top bun.
