Angus Beef & Bacon Burger With Brie

Ingredients

  • Angel Bay Angus Beef Burger Patties
  • Burger Buns, halved and toasted
  • Brie Cheese, cut into slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Bacon Rashers, cooked
  • Sliced Red Onion Rings
  • Barbecue Sauce (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and cook the Angel Bay Angus Beef Patties according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. When the patties are cooked, remove them from the oven and drape some slices of Brie over the top of each one. Return them to the oven on a low heat and let the cheese melt gently while you build your burgers.

  3. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the base of each bun. Top with a good handful of lettuce, some sliced tomato and two bacon rashers. Add the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patty, a couple of onion rings and then squeeze over some barbecue sauce if desired.

  4. Pop the top of the burger bun on and serve. Delicious!
