Spicy Korean Burger



  1. Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Beef patties according to the instructions on the packet, basting them with soy and ginger while they cook.

  2. Grate carrot and peel cucumber into ribbons and toast the bun.

  3. When the bun is toasted, spoon the sriracha mayo onto the bottom of the bun, top with the gourmet beef patty, grated carrot, ribboned cucumber, kimchi and finally a little more sriracha mayo on the top bun.
