Vegetable Kebabs

Serve summer on a plate to your customers with these beautiful vegetable kebabs. Easily prepared ahead of time and cooked en masse for your catering and corporate events.

  1. Make the kebabs by adding the capsicum, pineapple, red onion, and Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs.

  2. Simply add oil and the kebabs in the griddle pan. Make sure the Gourmet Meatballs cook through.

  3. Add some BBQ sauce to a plate and place the kebabs on top.

  4. Add a bit more oil and garnish using the edible flowers and Hawthorn cake
