At Angel Bay, we have achieved our mission to deliver gluten-free burgers in a delicious recipe. Our great gluten-free burger patty ensures no one has to miss out, giving you one less thing to worry about for meal prep. With the addition of a gluten-free bun, you’ll have yourself a meal to suit everyone in no time.

Cooking suggestions

  • Whether seared in a frying pan or prepped in the oven at a high or medium heat, there are a variety of ways to cook our gluten free burger patties. Find out below how to make an amazing burger with our cooking guidelines:

  • Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

  • Hot Plate / Frypan (120g)

    Cook from frozen for 6 minutes per side on a hot plate or frypan.

  • Conventional Oven (120g)

    Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.

  • Microwave (1000W) (120g)

    Microwave each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minutes 20 seconds per side. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power).
