Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 14-16 minutes per side on a hot plate or frypan. Turning every 3-5 minutes.
Conventional Oven
Cook from frozen for 18-20 minutes at 180°C, turning partway through.
