Beef and Balsamic Cherry Sliders

Ingredients

  • Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Sliders
  • Brioche Slider Burger Bun
  • Butter
  • Cherries, pitted
  • Good-Quality Cherry Balsamic
  • Good-Quality Aioli
  • Mint Leaves, picked
  • Chives, finely chopped
  • Pecorino Cheese, grated

Method

  1. Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Sliders according to the packet instructions.

  2. Prepare Cherries: lightly crush to develop a little juice, add Cherry Balsamic and a pinch of salt. Sit for 30 minutes.

  3. Split the buns, spread liberally with butter and lightly toast under the grill.

  4. Build with aioli on the base, top with Angel Bay Slider Patty, Balsamic Cherries, mint, chives and Pecorino. Season.

  5. Top with brioche lid (and skewer!) and enjoy your late Spring Beef and Cherry Slider!
