  1. To prepare the Angel Bay Beef Sausage Patty follow packet instructions, ensure the patty is cooked to an internal temperature of 75c.

  2. Slice the bun in half and spread butter liberally on both sides then lightly toast.

  3. To build burger place lettuce on base, top with Angel Bay Sausage patty, fried egg, and smoky tomato sauce finish with brioche bun lid and share with a mate!
