Greek Kebabs

We bring the taste of summer to your menu with this green kebab recipe. Grilled pita bread, English cucumbers, edamame beans, red onion, cubed feta and a tzatziki sauce paired with our versatile, Gourmet Beef Meatballs. Yum!


  • Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs

  • Lebanese Bread

  • Celery

  • Red Onion

  • Shelled Edamame Beans

  • Fresh Corriander

  • Olive Oil

  • Cucumber

  • Plain Greek Yoghurt

  • Garlic, pressed or minced

  • Cubed Feta

  • Mint

  • Plain Hummus

  • Dukkah Mix

  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Prepare the tzatziki by grating the cucumber and placing in a paper towel to drain liquid.

  2. In a bowl add the drained grated cucumber, yoghurt, garlic, chopped mint, salt, and pepper and mix well.

  3. Prepare hummus by topping with olive oil and Dukkah mix.

  4. Cover both and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  5. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to product instructions.

  6. Combine celery, red onion, edamame beans, and coriander. Sprinkle cubed feta on top.

  7. Add meatballs to the salad mixture and top with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  8. Warm pita bread according to product instructions.

  9. Spread hummus mixture onto the pita bread, then top with the salad and meatballs.

  10. Top with a generous serving of tzatziki for a delicious meal.
