Summer Beef Burger Recipe

Summer meals are all about the outdoors and enjoying mother nature whilst catching up with friends, family, and a little less of your colleagues. This burger recipe is a great crowd-pleaser well suited to the upcoming summer menu builds. Customers alike will appreciate just the right amount of indulgence whilst keeping it light and fresh.

Ingredients

  • Angel Bay Homestyle Beef Patty
  • Brioche Bun
  • Butter
  • Bacon rashers
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Rocket
  • Young cheese (Provolone, Mild cheddar, Mozzarella)
  • Burger Sauce
  • 80g Mayonnaise
  • 10g Tomato sauce
  • 1 Pickle, chopped
  • 4g Red pepper chilli sauce (Tabasco Pepper Sauce)
  • 10g Dijon mustard
  • 1tsp Paprika sweet

Serves 4

Method

  1. To make special burger sauce, combine all the burger sauce ingredients and seasonings.
  2. Prepare the Angel Bay patty to your preferred method ensure the patty reach’s an internal temperature of 75c. Top with cheese slice to allow a little softening.
  3. Whilst the patty is cooking, grill bacon so it has a little crunch and char. This should take between 8-10 minutes.
  4. Build burger by buttering and toasting the brioche bun face down for 40 seconds on the hotplate. Add sauce to base, Angel Bay patty, bacon, tomato, rocket and a little more sauce.
  5. Place brioche bun lid on and serve this little ray of sunshine Summer burger!
