Sweet and Sour Meatballs and Wild Rice

Ingredients

  • Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Wild Rice

Method

  1. Cook wild rice and Angel Bay Gourmet Beef Meatballs according to product instructions.

  2. Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, fresh lime and brown sugar to a small sauce pan. Whisk on medium heat until simmering.

  3. Place meatballs in the sauce and until all are fully coated in the sauce.

  4. To serve, place a cup of rice on a plate and the meatballs either on top or to the side. Garnish with fresh parsely.
