Ingredients
- 1 x Angel Bay Breakfast Beef Sausage Patty
- 1 x English Muffin
- Fried egg
- Slice of American Cheese
- Tomato sauce to taste
Method
Toast the English muffin on the hot plate or in a toaster until golden brown.
Cook your Angel Bay Breakfast Beef Sausage Patties according to the packet instructions allowing 6 minutes on a hot plate or 8 minutes in a conventional oven.
While the patty is cooking, place a small dash of olive oil on the hot plate and fry the egg sunny side up until cooked. Allow 2-3 minutes.
With 1 minute left to cook on the patty, place the slice of cheese atop the patty to partially melt. Once cooked through, place the patty and cheese within the toasted muffin along with the friend egg.
