  1. Toast the English muffin on the hot plate or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. Cook your Angel Bay Breakfast Beef Sausage Patties according to the packet instructions allowing 6 minutes on a hot plate or 8 minutes in a conventional oven.

  3. While the patty is cooking, place a small dash of olive oil on the hot plate and fry the egg sunny side up until cooked. Allow 2-3 minutes.
