Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook your chosen Angel Bay burger patty according to the product instructions. Select the Homestyle Beef Burger patty if you're going for a more homemade, rustic burger patty and the Quick Cook Burger patty if speed is needed to keep your patrons happy.

  2. While the burger patty is cooking, halve the ciabatta bun and lightly toast under the grill or on the hot plate.

  3. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the egg on medium heat until cooked through. Leave sunny side up.

  4. To serve, cover the bottom bun in tomato relish and cos lettuce. Add the burger patty, tomato, beetroot and egg. Leave the top bun off the burger and place aside the burger, allowing the sunny side egg to impress your customer. Bon appetit!
