HACCP Certificate

Our Angel Bay products are produced under Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).  HACCP is a systematic preventative approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production.  The system conducts process and product hazard analysis, critical control limits and critical control points (CCPs), monitoring, verification and documentation.  Codex (Codex Alimentarius) is a collection of internationally recognized standards, codes of practice, guidelines, and other recommendations relating to foods, food production, and food safety.  Consumers and importers can trust the safety of the food products they buy.
