Aussie Day Burger Recipe

What could be more Aussie than a juicy lamb burger on Australia Day? How about a juicy lamb burger with beetroot AND pineapple? Now that's Aussie.

  1. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Burger Patties according to the product instructions.

  2. Fry the bacon and egg, you want to keep the yolk slightly runny.

  3. Slice the pineapple and grill for a few minutes on each side.

  4. With a few minutes to go on the patties place a slice of swiss cheese on the patties and grill.

  5. Slice the tomatoes. Place the mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by tomato, lettuce, patty with melted cheese on top, bacon, pineapple, two slices of beetroot followed lastly by the egg and top bun.
