Gluten Free Beef & Avocado Burger

That's why we've created this simple gluten free beef and avocado burger recipe. It's full of flavour and doesn't skimp on mouth-watering burger deliciousness - your customers truly won't know what they're missing.

Ingredients

  • Angel Bay Gourmet Gluten Free Beef Patties
  • Gluten Free Burger Buns
  • Cheese, slices (Swiss, Edam or Colby)
  • Gherkin Relish (optional, but recommended)
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Red Onion, sliced
  • Salad Greens
  • Coleslaw
  • Good-Quality Mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cook the Angel Bay Gourmet Gluten Free Beef Patties according to the packet instructions.

  2. Combine mayonnaise and gherkin relish.

  3. Split the burger buns and lightly grill. Generously spread with mayonnaise mix.

  4. Build buns with greens, coleslaw, burger patty, cheese, red onion and avocado.

  5. Spread remaining mayonnaise mix on top half of buns to sandwich together. Tips! Serve open! Keep your avocado sliced and fanned out right on top for extra vibrancy and green-appeal.
