Lamb Harissa Burger Recipe

Bring the flavour of North Africa to your menu with this sweet and smoky lamb burger. Topped with halloumi to balance the wam, tangy flavours provided by the harissa paste.

  1. Cook Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Burge Patty according to the product instructions.

  2. While the patty is cooking, slice the halloumi into 2 equal pieces. Heat a splash of olive oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add the halloumi and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

  3. Once patties are cooked, brush each with a tablespoon of harissa paste.

  4. To build the burger, spread mayonnaise on the base of the bun, top with spinach, the Angel Bay Gourmet Lamb Patty, halloumi and the top bun.
