Ingredients

  • Angel Bay Angus Beef Patties
  • Brioche Burger Buns
  • Cheddar Cheese, slices
  • Chilli Sauce
  • Iceberg Lettuce Leaves, shredded
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Sweet & Spicy Gherkins, thinly sliced
  • Good-Quality Mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cook the Angel Bay Angus Beef Patties according to the packet instructions.

  2. Preheat the grill to its highest setting.

  3. Split the buns, top with 2 cheese slices and lightly toast under the grill until melted.

  4. Liberally spread the melted cheese with chilli sauce and top with tomato, lettuce, Angel Bay Angus Beef Pattie, mayonnaise and gherkin.

  5. Add (more) chilli sauce, burger tops and serve.
