Gourmet Blue Cheese Burger

Method

  1. Cook the Angel Bay Gluten Free Beef Burger Patties according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. Split and lightly toast the burger buns under the grill.

  3. Prepare salad with mesclun lettuce, julienne green apple, micro greens, blue cheese crumbled and walnuts. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

  4. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the bottom bun, place lettuce, pattie and two handfuls of salad.

  5. Place the bun lid on top and serve.
